The Chester Tandoori was founded on August 8th 1989. They started as a small restaurant that catered for about 56 people.
Now they are into 2007, demand is as strong as ever and they have plans in the near future to expand again.
The Chester Tandoori has won many awards over its time for many things including its outstanding service. They won the best Indian restaurant in Britain from 1995 to 1996. Also many other awards from individuals and organisations.
