The Bear and Billet is a very nice pub in Chester, that is next to the river dea. It has a very old style look with wood panels all the way around it. On my visit in there i found it a realy nice place to drink in, it wasn't very busy but still had a few people in there so you were not alown. It has very nice real ales that change all the time so you can have something to look forward to when you go in if they are differnt. It has many seats upstairs and down stairs so you won't be let standing. It might be abit out of the way if you are not coming from Handbridge but it is worth it for some nice real ales.

This pub is highly recomended if you want a nice drink in peace.
